QACSS Portal won't print a Customer Signature Form

Pop-up blockers are the main reason for not being able to download/print documents in the QACSS Portal. We have seen this most frequently occur with Google Chrome browsers.

Typically, you can manage how pop-ups are handled in your Internet browser's options by entering NYSERDA’s URL ( as an allowed exception.

If you have disabled your Pop-Up Blocker and are still experiencing difficulty, please contact Contractor Support.
