The Contractor Help Center is based on the software Zendesk. Please review the following article dated 3/15/2016.
Zendesk will no longer support Internet Explorer 8, 9 or 10 from April 11th 2016 by Jake Holman
Internet Explorer 8, 9 & 10, released by Microsoft in March 2009, March 2011 and September 2012 respectively, will no longer be supported from Zendesk on April 11th, 2016.
Our end of support follows Microsoft's own policy, as outlined in their Internet Explorer Lifecycle Policy FAQ.
The end of support for these browsers will means Zendesk will no longer resolve issues unique to these browsers, this includes both minor and critical issues. This does not mean Zendesk will cease to work immediately on April 11th 2016.
