1. Create an email to Contractor Support, firstname.lastname@example.org. In the email include the the full updated address change (mailing and/or physical) for your company.
2. If there is a phone number change as well, please include that information.
3. CC on the same email, Joanne Sullivan in the NYSERDA Contracts Department at Joanne.Sullivan@nyserda.ny.gov.
4. Include an attachment document that explains your updated address change (mailing and/or physical) on company letterhead.
