How do I add a HPwES Contract project into the Portal?

  1. From your Portal Dashboard click the ‘+Add Project’ button at the top right portion of the website.

  2. From the drop-down menu select ‘HPwES Contract.’

  3. Complete the Homeowner Application for HPwES Contract. *Note: Uncheck the email disclaimer and do not enter the customer’s email address.*

  4. Once the application has been completed and submitted a project will appear in your Portal to begin work.

If the new HPwES Contract project does not appear in your Portal within 20 minutes please open a ticket with the Contractor Help Center via:
