My ProForma results do not match the Eligibility Screening Results. How should I proceed?

All screening should be occurring at the Eligibility Screening stage in the Portal. The results are more accurate, as the Eligibility Screening Tool is up-to-date with current standards and savings data. The New Work Scope Submission and Approval Process training video goes through the Eligibility Screening stage beginning 11 minutes and 11 seconds into the video. This video will show you how to use the Eligibility Screening Tool as you are currently using the ProForma. You can work with and make changes to the Eligibility Screening stage without submitting your project for review. Please refer to the training video for comprehensive information.
