Who do I contact when a customer's loan or subsidy has expired?

Send an email to Aaron Edge and Stephanie Maves at Energy Finance Solutions (EFS) - aedge@weccusa.org and Smaves@weccusa.org.

Note - DO NOT SEND A TICKET TO CONTRACTOR SUPPORT.  Only Energy Finance Solutions can process these types of issues.

In your email to Aaron, please include the following:

  1. The customer's name and EFS file number.
  2. The specific reason the project could not be completed by the expiration date.
  3. The specific date in which the project will be completed.
  4. Any additional information, such as any special circumstances or details that you feel are important to note.
