You can find the ticket number for a request in two places:
1 - In the body of the Zendesk email. The ticket number appears after 'support request' in parentheses. Example - ...support request (1234)...
2 - From the 'My Requests' dashboard on the Contractor Help Center website.
Note - You must be logged into your Zendesk account to use this feature.
Click My Requests. You will see a list of your Contractor Support requests. The numbers in the ID column are your ticket numbers.
When calling the Contractor Support line it is especially helpful if you can identify any open ticket numbers related to your call.
