You must be logged into the Contractor Help Center. If you are not logged in, click the ‘Sign In’ button at the top right of your screen. Once you are logged in, the ‘Sign In’ button will turn into your name.
To view existing ticket requests, click on ‘My Requests’ which is the large suitcase button on the ride side of your screen. This will bring up a list of your requests. You can search your requests with the ‘Search Requests’ feature toward the middle-left of your screen. You can enter ticket numbers in this search field.
You can make updates to your tickets by clicking on the SUBJECT link of the ticket. Enter your update and click submit. (You can also update tickets simply by replying to the email in your Inbox. If you update a Solved Ticket - it will re-open the ticket.)
