What if a customer cannot provide a full 12 months utility usage?

Request the usage data for when they have lived in the home and use the Energy Usage History Waiver Form (CRM, Section 3.5) for the remainder of the time.  If the customer is a new homeowner, they should also complete the waiver.

Acceptable usage history can be submitted as a utility bill with a monthly usage chart or as multiple bills. Utility graphs alone are not accepted through The Program.
