A change order will need to be submitted when changes are made to the workscope after the project was approved. The Change Order Form can be used to either add or deduct work/costs from the project. If the changes did not affect the price (such as switching model numbers on equipment), you must still submit a change order signed by the customer and upload a changed package reflecting the new workscope. If the customer signed a change order before the project is approved, those changes can be included in the contract package.
