What is the process for transferring a contracted project from another contractor to our company?

Initially, the customer needs to notify the old contractor that they no longer wish to work with them.  If a contract was signed in the past 3 days the customer needs to notify the old contractor that they wish to cancel their contract.  If it has been longer than 3 days, the customer will need to ask the old contractor if they can be released from the contract.  After that has been completed, send a request to the Contractor Help Center for the old project to be closed. Once that has occurred you may create a new HPwES Contract project in your Portal to submit the workscope.
