Can I track my audit payments? Is there an email that goes out stating that my audit payment is being processed?

Yes.  Upon NYSERDA's approval of the incentive batch, an email goes out to you, the contractor, detailing the customers and project ID numbers that you can expect payment for.  If you are not receiving these emails please let the Contractor Help Center know by creating a ticket stating that you need your email address updated so that you can receive audit incentive payment updates.
