I am having a problem claiming a reservation number in the Portal and I am getting an error message that states "No matching reservation found. Please double-check the information and try again."

Verify that the last name and reservation number are correct.  

If you still experience trouble, submit a ticket, email ContractorSupport@clearesult.com, login to chat with an agent, or call 1-800-284-9069 during business hours.
