Can the processing of a customer's audit application be expedited?

If the homeowner has internet access, suggest they complete the online application and submit as soon as possible. If the homeowner does not have internet access, have them contact the HPwES Audit Call Center at (855) 838-7818, and complete their application over the phone.

If a customer is in a no heat situation in the winter, the HPwES Audit Call Center will always fulfill a request to expedite the customer’s audit application.
